You can change or reset a card’s pin from your online dashboard or the Mercury iOS or Android apps.

Reset from your dashboard

1. Log in to your Mercury dashboard.
2. Go to your Cards page from the left sidebar menu.
3. Find the card you want to reset and click on it to open the card’s details.
4. Click More > Reset PIN and then enter your new 4 digit PIN.

Reset from the mobile app

1. Tap the card icon on the right of the bottom menu bar to pull up a list of cards issued in your name.
2. Tap your desired card to open the card’s details.
3. Underneath the image of the card, swipe to scroll the icon menu until you see a lock icon that says Change PIN.
4. Tap into the empty number field (0000) to enter your new 4 digit PIN, then tap Update.

The Mercury Debit Cards are issued by Choice Financial Group and Evolve Bank & Trust, Members FDIC, pursuant to licenses from Mastercard.

The IO Card is issued by Patriot Bank, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Mastercard.
