Add a Doing Business As (DBA) name

If you’ve created a new Doing Business As (DBA) name or trade name since opening your Mercury account, you’ll need to add it to your account before you can accept transfers or payments under that name.

First, send the filed copy of your DBA or Fictitious/Trade Name form to help@mercury.com.

Make sure it’s the paper copy, as we can’t accept screenshots from Secretary of State or other 3rd party websites as proof.

Someone from our team will respond to let you know when the name has been successfully added.

Not sure what name is currently on your account? Head to your Company Profile page in Settings.
