If you have more than one company that uses Mercury, you can link all your user accounts to switch between them without logging out.

Linking your user accounts

1. Log in with any of your Mercury user accounts.
2. Once logged in, click your company’s name in the lower left corner of your dashboard and select Switch Company from the pop up menu.
3. Click Link Another User Account, then enter the email and password for the other account you want to link.
4. Enter the authentication code generated by your authenticator app of choice and click Log In & Link.
5. You’ll receive an email confirmation to both addresses you just linked.

Switching between companies

1. Click your company’s name in the lower left corner of your dashboard.
2. Click Switch Company to find an alphabetical list of companies you can access.
3. Click the name of the company you want to switch to.

Unlinking your user accounts

1. Click your company’s name in the lower left corner of your dashboard.
2. Click Switch Company, then hover over the company you want to unlink.
3. Click on the three dots that appear as you hover, then select Unlink User Account.
4. Confirm that you want to unlink. Once confirmed, the company will be removed from your list and you’ll need to either re-link the account or log out and log in again to access it.

Want to unlink all your user accounts at once? Go to your Security page in Settings and click Unlink All User Accounts midway down the page.
