Types of Team Members
When adding a team member to your Mercury account you may have noticed there are a few options. We currently have 3 tiers of Team Members that you can add to your account. They are as follows:
Administrators will have full access to the Mercury accounts and can move money, deposit checks, and add/remove other team members.
Bookkeepers have a "view only" look into the Mercury account. They can view all the transactions and download statements but are unable to move any funds from the account.
Custom team members are set-up by the administrator who sent the invite. This is great if you want to give someone the ability to deposit checks, for instance, but you don't want them moving funds out of the account.
