Lost or Missing Card
If you card is lost, stolen, or missing, you can request a replacement card through your Mercury dashboard:
- Go to Cards
- Select the specific physical card you would like to replace
- Click "More Options" and choose "Replace Card"
- Select the appropriate reason (lost, stolen, damaged, never received, other) for the card replacement
- Confirm your address
The card you've chosen to replace will be canceled and a new card will be reissued.
Please also make sure to check your transactions to ensure that you don't have any unauthorized transactions in your account.
